I gave up with a 'direct' digital Car magazine subscription in 2025 when they changed to only support IOS/Andoid devices, no direct browser support which is insane.
I'm not going to buy an android tablet (because they're crap) and have no other need for an iPad. To read a 'large format' magazine, famed for its design and photography, on a phone is terrible.
I now have access to Car via PocketMags, which I use for other subscriptions, and they support any platform/browser.
