The Road to Muckle Flugga is collection of articles about “Great drives on Five Continents” by the late Phil Llewellin. He was a wonderful writer, who happened to write about motoring, for CAR Magazine (U.K.) among others. His articles were captivating as they conveyed his impressions of the country
Show us a magazine you read every month. I read a few but perhaps the best is the U.K. magazine "Car". Although it's changed over the years I think it still sets the standards for Auto Mag production quality (esp photography). I loved the writing
I started reading Car mag's regularly about the late 70's & fondly remember Car Magazine's Good, Bad & Ugly section. It's three sentence reviews slammed some - lots - of junk cars with cutting comments. I still remember one for a Cadillac
