Found this HBO documentary about Gianni Agnelli on Sky NZ while grazing the Soho schedule a couple of weeks ago. Recorded it, just got around to watching it, and so glad I did. While the Agnelli FIAT connection got my attention this was very much about the man, the family,
I nearly didn't go this way today, just to avoid crossing this SH16 roundabout, but traffic was light. Thankfully I saw a black car cutting across to do an illegal left turn (from the right/straight lane) in my "Take a Look" rear view mirror and,
Seeing a green Fiat 132 in this Telegraph article reminded me of the first Fiat I drove. Although a slightly earlier model (and GL not GLS) our ‘family car’ was similarly rare, but not exotic, car in New Zealand. Although cheap to medium priced mass market cars in Europe Fiat

The Flying Spaghetti Machine clicked up its 240,000th kilometre on the way to work this morning. Is that a milestone?
Driving along the motorway, at 80 km/h, and glance across the before changing lanes. A cute toddler in a vehicle, matching my speed, a couple of lanes over caught my attention; She was sitting in the front seat, not far from a panoramic windscreen, cradled in her mothers arms…
