Wide load avoidance thanks to the bike mirror
Take A Look Mirror to the rescue
I spied something big in the rear view mirror and decided the road was not the place to be. It might, OK does, make you look stupid but the “Bicycle Peddler of Greeley Colorado Take A Look Mirror” clipped to my glasses paid off again.
The driver was doing a good job keeping in the lane but meeting a bike on the brow of a hill, on a typical narrow shoulder Kiwi suburban road, would have been a pain for them too.
