Followed a mint Ford Cortina Mk3 along the motorway. Although once a common sight good ones are quite rare now. The 70's coke bottle waistline shape has aged well.

I always thought it was a lovely and balanced design. If you look at the German TC Taunus (same platform), you can see the Mk IV Cortina (a.k.a. Taunus II) doors present from 1970āespecially the wagon. Really weird for us antipodeans seeing the Mk IV silhouette with early 1970sā chrome bumpers.
