It's a concern when you really like a song, then a company uses it in an advertisement. The Warehouse (my employer) have just started using one could have been so bad, but I think it's pretty good. Although I had seen the ad I don't watch Reality TV so had no idea who was singing. Then this post showed up in a Google Blog Search feed and I learnt it's Stars in Their Eyes competitor Tami Neilson's singing Nina Simone's "Feeling Good":
