Rather than fix the problem - variation of bridge surface treatments from good anti-slip to none along the Henderson Cycle Path - the answer is a new "No Cycling" sign. Other stretches with the same surface further along have use signs at all. Other places nearer Hwy 16

First cycle ride up Maungakiekie/One Tree Hill since the road was closed to cars. So nice and packed with humans and dogs enjoying the walk without traffic. Much more peaceful on the summit without the constant carpark shuffle, and for once no drones!
I don't know where it happened but a bee* died on my commute tonight. Smashed into the brake lines * OK, more likely a wasp but that doesn't work for the title
