Rod, Xero , Drury has laid out an 18 point plan to “fix” Microsoft. It’s big (theres a few points below) and it’s radical but I suspect, with the $50 billion not spent on Yahoo!, they could do it....

1. A lightweight operating system. Forget backward compatibility.
7. Buy a big Services company. Maybe HP
8. SilverLight has to win, or buy Adobe. Don’t let Apple get them or you’re done.
