RobiNZ Blog now has site specific Google Search

After a little bit of trial and error have managed to add site specific Google Search to this blog. Hopefully its there in the right hand column!

Google make it easy but to get it working/looking OK I had to edit what they provide:

Change the linear layout & “stack” the elements (image/text field/radio buttons) to fit them to the column space on the TypePad site
Shorten the text field
Change the coding to UTF16 (whatever that means)
Change the Image as wanted a non-transparent version as the drop shadow looked odd against the grey.

Realise this is trivial stuff for many but I’m not even an HLMT Novice
