I’m winding into preparation mode for Autodesk University. Seems very strange as until recently I thought this would mean sitting on the wrong side of the world watching the blogs, wishing I was there. I fly from New Zealand on Saturday evening and arrive in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon. This time travel is achieved with a Boeing 747 and a dateline which makes the book I’ve saved to read on the plane seem rather appropriate. It’s the story of Joe Sutter who led the team that produced this:
I found it via Randy’s Journal, a Boeing “corporate blog”, which has a couple of great interviews with Joe Sutter:
I’m not taking a laptop, because I don’t have a laptop, but will try & blog from the event if time/access allows. Keep an eye on the Autodesk University category here.
