It is Denny Hulme's success which has motivated Hulme Supercars Limited to make a New Zealand supercar in his honor. Since the onset of the project, the concept of the supercar has been a mid-engine design with a high performance powertrain and chassis that gives the driver the feeling of driving a Formula One Car on the road. The car features a modified BMW M5 engine joined to a specially designed transaxle, wrapped in a carbon fiber body.
