So, the man that said we must have a Waterfront Stadium, to replace crappy old Eden Park, now thinks Eden Park is OK. Just a guess but I bet Dick Hubbard will be 100% behind this project just as he was with the Waterfront…

They say $190 Million, so I reckon it will be about $250 – 300 Million by the time it’s finished. Still, it’s better than spending a billion to wreck the waterfront…

Rugby World Cup Minister Trevor Mallard today announced that the government and the Eden Park Trust Board have signed a formal agreement for the redevelopment of Eden Park as the venue for the finals of the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
