Five cent coin to be scrapped - Who cares?

The Reserve Bank is scrapping the 5 cent coin. It won’t worry me, does anyone really use them these days?

I was amazed to find the US still using 1 cent coins, what's the point of them?

Also odd that they still have one and two dollar bills, rather than coins?
