Carlos the kitten and The Bose Wave Radio

I have a Bose Wave clock radio with touch pad type controls on the top and a remote control. Its far better than your average clock radio and capable of as much volume as a stereo system.

5:00 I awoke suddenly thinking I had been transported to a Polynesian island and saw Carlos, the kitten, flying out the bedroom door.

I can only assume that a single “fleet-pawed” ballet move across the controls he managed to turn the radio on, tune it to community station (which was playing Polynesian choir music) and max out the volume...

The latest version of the same Bose system has no controls on the top, just the remote control. This leads me to wonder if a Bose product designer had a Carlos...
