If you’re stupid enough to shine a powerful laser into the cockpit of a commercial airliner I think you should be charged with Attempted Murder.

A man, 24, was charged in Wellington District Court yesterday with committing criminal nuisance by shining a green laser into the cockpit of a commercial aircraft knowing it would endanger life.
